We ship your order via Austrian Post.

Shipping costs Austria:

• Free shipping on orders over €30.
• For orders under €30, shipping costs are €5.
• For cash on delivery, an additional cash on delivery fee of €5 will be added; the total invoice amount will be collected in cash by the parcel service.
• For cancelled orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs!
• We only deliver within Austria!

Shipping time:

• Shipping takes place on the following working days: Monday to Friday, if the products are in stock.
• Austria: Delivery time 1-3 working days (Monday to Friday) after posting

For self-collection, please let us know which HAIRSALONS.at location you would like to pick up your order from. You will receive an email confirmation from us when your goods are in stock and ready for collection.
