Are you not satisfied with the product/delivery?
- How much time does a user have from the time of purchase to request a refund?
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Martin Hammerschmid, Sparkassegasse 22, 2020 Hollabrunn, martin@hairsalons.at, Telephone: 43 2952 20801) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email). You may use the attached form for this purpose. Sample cancellation form You may use this method, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
- Refund method
For the refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
- Product condition
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. We can only accept returns of goods in their original packaging and unopened; you are welcome to use the original box provided by us.

- Order cancellation fees:
If we haven't yet shipped the goods and you cancel the order, there will be no further costs. If we have already shipped the goods to you, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
