We are a master hairdressing business that also trains apprentices and places great value on further education.
Each hairstyle is unique and is created by hand with love and passion.
Our prices are based on a calculated hourly wage of €80 (incl. taxes / excl. materials).
We work exclusively with the American, cruelty-free and vegan Paul Mitchell products.

What factors are included in our price calculation?
We are proud that every haircut is a handcrafted, unique piece.
Every customer has their own personal preferences, and we are happy to accommodate them. This allows us to plan each appointment individually, allocating the time needed for a pleasant visit.
1 Why is there a QR code on the invoice?
This QR code is for the tax office's verification purposes, and 20% will be deducted from the invoice amount as sales tax!
2 What is the relationship between the calculated price and the hairstylist's salary?
Approximately 65% of the company's total costs are wages and benefits. Every hairstylist is paid according to the collective agreement, and there are also bonuses.
3 Why is billing based on time?
Like any other craft business, e.g. painters, tilers, carpenters and mechanics, we charge according to time spent, and the material is charged separately.

What is the charge for 1 hour?t?
As of December 1, 2024, we are calculating with
€80 including tax per hour, excluding materials. For 30 minutes
€40 was charged.
5Why does a women's haircut cost more than a men's haircut?
Men's haircut?
We reserve 30 minutes in our calendar for a men's haircut and 60 minutes for a women's haircut. The hourly rate is the same, but because the time and materials required are higher, the price differs.
6 Why are Paul Mitchell products used?
The company places great emphasis on the environment, animal welfare, and high quality. Therefore, vegan and cruelty-free products perfectly meet our high standards.
7 How can we provide the best possible service?
Lifelong learning is embedded in our company's DNA. Training and development take place during working hours, from assistants to team leaders. This includes everything from in-house trainers to seminars and trade fairs both domestically and internationally.
8 Is a shortage of skilled workers an issue in the beauty industry?
We train the rising stars of the future; this costs a lot of money, but it is a major component of our success in investing in the future, and it makes us proud to teach young people the profession.
9 Could the profession of hairstylist one day be replaced by a robot?
Thankfully, a human will still be needed for a haircut in the future, but we've been digital for a long time. From our social media presence to booking appointments online, and every team member has a company iPhone where they use client appointment calendars, email, Zoom, and digital training.
