What factors go into our price calculation?

We are proud that every haircut is a unique piece of craftsmanship.

Every customer has his personal wishes and we are happy to cater to them. This allows us to individually plan the time we need for a pleasant visit with us for each appointment.

1 Why is there a QR code on the invoice?

This QR code is for the tax office to check and 20% will be deducted from the invoice amount as sales tax!

2 What is the relationship between the calculated price and the hairstylist's salary?

Approximately 65% of the company's total costs are wage and non-wage labor costs. Every hairstylist is paid via a collective agreement and there are also bonuses.

3 Why is billing based on time?

Like any other craft business, e.g. painters, tilers, carpenters and mechanics, we charge according to the time spent, and the material is also charged.

4 What is charged for 1 hourt?

As of February 1st, 2023, we calculate € 70 including tax for each hour, without material. € 35 will be charged for 30 minutes.

5Why does a women's haircut cost more than one
men's haircut?

Our calendar blocks 30 minutes for a men's haircut and 60 minutes for a women's haircut. The hourly rate is the same, but since the time and material costs are higher, this results in a different price.

6 Why are Paul Mitchell products used?

The company pays a lot of attention to the environment, animal welfare and high quality. Because of this, the vegan and animal-free products perfectly match our high standards.

7 How do we manage to offer the best possible service?

Lifelong learning is anchored in our corporate DNA. Training and further education takes place during working hours, from assistant to team leader. From the trainer who comes to us to seminars and trade fairs at home and abroad.

8th Is a shortage of skilled workers an issue in the beauty industry?

We train the rising stars of the future, which costs a lot of money, but it is a major component of our success in investing in the future and it makes us proud to teach young people the profession.

9 Can the hairstylist profession be replaced by a robot one day?

Fortunately, a haircut will still need a human being in the future, but we have been digital for a long time. From the social media presence to booking appointments online and every team member has a company iPhone, where they use customer appointment calendars, mail, zoom and digital education.
