1. Scope of application The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online shop.

Shipment:

Shipping costs to Austria:

  • Free shipping from € 30.- order value
  • Below € 30.- order value the shipping costs are € 5.-
  • In the case of cash on delivery, there is an additional cash on delivery fee of €5. The entire invoice amount will be collected in cash by the parcel service.
  • For canceled orders that have already been shipped, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer!
  • We only deliver within Austria!

Shipping time:

  • Shipping is on the following working days: Monday to Friday if the products are in stock.
  • Austria: Mail 1 -2 working days (Monday to Friday) after the day of posting

If you pick it up yourself, you are welcome to let us know from which HAIRSALONS.at you want to pick up your order. You will receive an e-mail from us confirming when your goods are in stock and ready for collection.

2. Contractual partner, conclusion of contract. The purchase contract is concluded with HAIRSALONS.at by Martin Hammerschmid. By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail. A binding contract can also be formed beforehand as follows. If you have chosen credit card payment, the contract is concluded at the time the credit card is charged. If you have chosen the PayPal payment method, the contract is concluded at the time you confirm the payment instruction to PayPal. If you have chosen the SOFORT transfer payment method, the contract comes into effect when the payment order to SOFORT GmbH is confirmed. Terms of delivery Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. You can find out more about the amount of shipping costs in the offers. In principle, you have the option of picking up at HAIRSALONS.at by Martin Hammerschmid, Landesgerichtstrasse 10, 1010 Vienna, Austria during the following business hours: Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. We do not deliver to Packstations. Payment The following payment methods are available in our shop: If you select the payment method in advance, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment. Cash on delivery If you choose the cash on delivery payment method, an additional 5 euros will be charged. Credit card Your credit card will be charged upon completion of the order. If you select the credit card payment method, an additional 0 percent of the purchase price will be incurred as costs. PayPal You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. You must be registered there or register first, identify yourself with your access data and confirm the payment order to us. You'll get more information during the ordering process. If you choose the PayPal/Paypal Express payment method, an additional 0 percent of the purchase price will be incurred as a cost. SOFORT Banking We also offer SOFORT Banking. Herewith we receive the transfer credit immediately. This accelerates the entire order process. All you need is the account number, bank code, PIN and TAN. Using the secure payment form from SOFORT GmbH, which is not accessible to retailers, SOFORT transfer automatically and in real time places a transfer in your online bank account. The purchase amount is transferred immediately and directly to the retailer's bank account.
